Agit-Prop: A contraction of agitation and propaganda, first used to promote Communism, but now generalized for any ideology. Agitation is a call to action, acting on the emotions.
Alienation: the state of feeling estranged or separated from one's milieu, work, products of work, nature, society, family, or self. Alienation remains an ambiguous concept with elusive meanings; powerlessness, the feeling that one's destiny is not under one's own control.
Alpha Type A personality - competetive, impatient, workaholic, leader
Alpha Brainwaves: The frequency of this signal varies from individual to individual, but it lies between about 7-8 Hz and 12 Hz, with an average value of 10.5 Hz.present during dreaming and light meditation when the eyes are closed. As more and more neurons are recruited to this frequency, alpha waves cycle globally across the whole cortex. This induces deep relaxation, but not quite meditation. In alpha, we begin to access the wealth of creativity that lies just below our conscious awareness. It is the gateway, the entry point that leads into deeper states of consciousness. Alpha waves aid overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, inner awareness, mind/body integration and learning. Alpha is also the home of the window frequency known as the SR, which propagates with little attenuation around the planet. When we intentionally generate alpha waves and go into resonance with that Earth frequency, we naturally feel better, refreshed, in tune, in synch. It is, in fact, environmental synchronisation.
Altered States An altered state of consciousness is any state where the left hemisphere is in abeyance. Contrary to popular supposition, the ordinary state of consciousness is an unusual state, impossible to maintain for long, and secured only by a modicum of perceptual intake, and continual interior discourse. In most altered states the right hemisphere is active and produces exterior hallucinations or interior imagery. This right hemisphere function of altered states of consciousness can be placed in a taxonomy; if the right hemisphere function is then mediated by the left hemisphere, it gives rise to syntaxic (creative) products and to higher jhanas. If it is expressed directly by the right hemisphere it gives rise to parataxic non-verbal (i.e., artistic), creativity. If it is unable to be expressed by either it is released in prototaxic (somatic) fashion on the body, often in a trance state, the extreme form of which is schizophrenia.
Analysis
Attitude Attitudes can be modulated from the inside and outside, by experiences, circumstances, a change of heart, friends, society, advertising, etc. This hypothetical construct represents an individual's like or dislike for an item. Attitudes are positive, negative or neutral views of an "attitude object".Attitudes come from judgments.
BOLO: Be on the Look Out.
BZ 1959-1979 2800 soldiers were exposed to the superhallucinogen. Edgewood Arsenal obtained its first sample from Hoffman-LaRoche of a drug called quinuclidinyl benzilate, or BZ for short. The army learned that BZ inhibits the production of a chemical substance that facilitates the transfer of messages along the nerve endings, thereby disrupting normal perceptual pattems. The effects generally lasted about three days, although symptoms--headaches, giddiness, disorientation, auditory and visual hallucinations, and maniacal behavior--could persist for as long as six weeks. "During the period of acute effects," noted an army doctor, "the person is completely out of touch with his environment."
BLOWBACK: Unforeseen consequences and events that blow up in one's face, like a like a faulty weapon.
Badgers: Intel term; blue badge=US Govt.; green badge=contractor; purple badge=joint military/civilian rotation.
Battered Person Physical and psychological variant of PTSD with low self esteem resulting from long term mental and physical cruelty and battery.
Bearden, Tom: Main proponent of free energy scalar technologies and watchdog for scalar superweapons.
Behavior Modification: The school of operant conditioning, Pavlov, B.F. Skinner; later, at SRI, behavior modification became more sinister involving drugs and and killer zombie programs. EM mind control machines were championed by Dr. Karl Pribram of Stanford, This director of Neuropsychology Research Laboratory said, "I certainly could educate a child by putting an electrode in the lateral hypothalamus then selecting the situation at which I stimulate it. In this way I can grossly change his behavior." CIA records show MK Ultra experimented on 4 year olds.
Beliefs
Belief Engine: Our brains and nervous systems constitute a belief-generating machine, a system that evolved to assure not truth, logic, and reason, but survival. The belief engine has seven major components (Alcock).
1. The learning unit
2. The critical thinking unit
3. The yearning unit
4. The input unit
5. The emotional response unit
6. The memory unit
7. The environmental feedback unit.
Betrayal.
Binaural Beat: Continuous tones of subtly different frequencies, delivered to each ear independently via stereo via headphones. If the left channel's pitch is 100 cycles per second and the right channel's pitch is 108 cycles per second, the difference between the two equals 8 cycles per second. When these sounds are combined, they produce a pulsing tone that waxes and wanes in a "wah wah" rhythm. Binaural beats are not an external sound; rather, they are subsonic frequencies heard within the brain itself. These frequencies are created as both hemispheres work simultaneously to hear sounds that are pitch-differed by key mathematical intervals (window frequencies). The brain waves respond to these oscillating tones by following them (entrainment), and both hemispheres begin to work together. Communication between the two sides of the brain is associated with flashes of creativity, insight and wisdom.Biological Amplification

COINTELPRO
Cold Reading: refers to a set of techniques used by professional manipulators to get a subject to behave in a certain way or to think that the cold reader has some sort of special ability that allows him to "mysteriously" know things about the subject. Cold reading goes beyond the usual tools of manipulation: suggestion and flattery. In cold reading, salespersons, hypnotists, advertising pros, faith healers, con men, and some therapists bank on their subject's inclination to find more meaning in a situation than there actually is. The reader begins with generalities which are applicable to large segments of the population. He or she pays careful attention to feedback or reactions: words, body language, skin color, breathing patterns, dilation or contraction of the pupils of the eye, and more. The subject of the reading will usually convey important information to the reader: sometimes in words, and sometimes in bodily reactions to the reading. Techniques include profiling, shot-gunning, rainbow ruse, fine flattery, Forer effect, open-ended Barnum statements and "hot" readings using material covertly gathered.

Delphied: Rand Corporation technique designed to manipulate toward a predetermined point through consensus building. Developed in the 60s to maneuver segments of population toward political policies.
Demonizing
Denial
Denial is one of the most common defense mechanisms that we all use, a form of self-delusion, pretending that an uncomfortable thing did not happen or does not exist. It is an automatic response pattern and progressive, entrenching itself over time. Distorted perceptions impair judgement. Spiritually denial is suffering from the delusion you are right in your ignorance of non-truths, including prejudices. One of the most pervasive features of contemporary race discourse is the denial of prejudice. One of the most pervasive features of contemporary race discourse is the denial of prejudice. Increasing social taboos against openly expressing racist sentiments has led to the development of discursive strategies that present negative views of out-groups as reasonable and justified while at the same time protecting the speaker from charges of racism and prejudice. Denial is the psychological process we use to protect ourselves from things which threaten us by blocking knowledge of those things from awareness. It is a defense which distorts reality; it keeps us from feeling the pain and uncomfortable truth about things we do not want to face. Includes minimizing, rationalizing, relativizing, generalizing, blaming, diversion, bargaining, passivity and hostility. Denial of fact; denial of responsibility; denial of impact; denial of awareness; denial of cycle. Flawed doctrine, employed as the euphemistic ‘plausible denial’ at the national level for lack of direct involvement to dismiss false flag, assassination and black ops to avoid blowback and place blame elsewhere. The creation of power structures and chains of command loose and informal enough to be denied if necessary. Also, when someone actively avoids gaining certain knowledge of facts because it benefits that person not to know.
Dependency

Detection
Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) mental condition of divided mind, originally called multiple personality disorder. A single individual displays two or more distinct identities or personalities, each with its own pattern of perceiving and interacting with the environment. The presumption is that at least two personalities may routinely take control of the individual's behavior. Collapse of ego integrityin a complex mental process that provides a coping mechanism for individuals confronting painful and/or traumatic situations. It is characterized by a disintegration of the ego. Ego integration, or more properly ego (Core personality) integrity, can be defined as a person's ability to successfully incorporate external events or social experiences into their perception, and to then present themselves consistently across those events or social situations. John Mack found that abductee community was highly dissociative. So the same thing you find in ritual abuse, you find in mind control, you find in alien abductees.

Dissonance Resolution
Nonreligious self-regulation meditation technique developed by Marshall F. Gilula, M.D. of Miami. Dissonance resolution meditation can be learned in a variety of virtual environments, with the goal of self-regulation, stress-reduction, and wellness. By continually focusing on something that is mildly disruptive, the human system calls into play its own balancing and centering mechanisms and “overcomes” the mild disruption. Dissonance resolution within the nervous system is easy to demonstrate neurophysiologically because coherence, resonance, and entrainment of electrical fields and currents can be detected by analyzing neural activity with EKG (heart) and EEG (brain) techniques. Neurological aspects of dissonance resolution include becoming sensitive to very subtle levels of internal disharmony through growth, learning and expertise. Learning to identify the internal disharmony is similar to learning the “passive volition” of EEG or EKG control. The result once the individual has dealt with the mildly unpleasant stimulus is greater balance, greater focus. A person can learn to control various aspects of the mind and body in pleasant, non-painful ways. Resolving the finer degrees of dissonance is another route to mastery of stress and achievement of high-level wellness. The viewer focuses simultaneously on both visual and stereo sound stimulation on a regular basis to establish both mind and body discipline. DRM mimics realtime problem resolution in the matrix of shapes and sounds that are constantly changing in real life. But as a technique that is practiced and becomes a clear habit pattern, DR is still an effective type of meditation. Combining visual stimulation with stereo auditory patterns initially evokes internal dissonance. Conscious and unconscious processes serve to resolve as the viewer-participant becomes involved and then progressively engrossed in the stimuli.
Double Bind
Contradictory message that essentially paralyzes the listener who cannot effectively move either way. Double bind theory is about relationships and what happens when important basic relationships are chronically subjected to invalidation through paradoxical communication. Such invalidation will cause damaged boundaries. Rejection is disguised as acceptance. The verbal message may contradict the implied message therefore invalidate both. Injunctions are used deliberately in toxic hypnosis as a control mechanism. The traumatic triggers are reiterated but demands are inherently impossible to fulfill. A therapeutic application of the persuasion technique in NLP is giving the listener two choices, each of which lead to the same outcome.

DSM-IVR: The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders uses a multiaxial or multidimensional approach for mental health specialists for diagnosis and treatment.
E - L
Echelon
America’s global surveillance and interception network of computers that automatically search through millions of intercepted messages for pre-programmed keywords or fax, telex and e-mail addresses. Every word of every message in the frequencies and channels selected at a station is automatically searched. The processors in the network are known as the ECHELON Dictionaries. ECHELON connects all these computers and allows the individual stations to function as distributed elements an integrated system. An ECHELON station's Dictionary contains not only its parent agency's chosen keywords, but also lists for each of the other four agencies in the UKUSA system [NSA, GCHQ, DSD, GCSB and CSE].
Ecstasy
We are hardwired to seek pleasure, to seek intoxication, altered states and ecstasy. The brain is hard-wired for mystical experiences to modify the threat of our hostile existential reality (Alper). Metaphysical explanations developed for the essentially unknowable, for sudden and irresistible seizures of ecstasy. Some of these accounts were more sophisticated than others depending on their cultural background, but all shared a common core by defining the mystery of the relationship between mankind and the Unknown. It might be called a peak experience, spirit possession, epiphany, religious rapture, nirvana, satori, shaktiput, clear light, or illumination. The difference is only one of degrees of absorption, of fulfillment.
EEG Electromagnetic Weapons Electronic Harassment Electronic Mind Control Electrosensitivity ELF
Radio fruencies from 3-30Hz. Long EM waves used for submarine communication. Naturally-occurring Extremely Low Frequency ELF waves are present on Earth, resonating in the region between the ionosophere and surface. They are initiated by lightning strikes that make electrons in the atmosphere oscillate.
Elites: History shows that as empires crumble the ruling elite become more corrupt and ruthless in their drive to secure their own power. 2% of the population, many heirs of robber-barons, control most of the wealth (40%). EM fields Energy Vampire Entrainment: Entrainment is the process of synchronisation, where vibrations of one object will cause the vibrations of another object to oscillate at the same rate. External rhythms can have a direct effect on the psychology and physiology of the listener. Slower tempos from 48 to 70 BPMs have been proven to decrease heart and respiratory rates, thereby altering the predominant brain-wave patterns. Ethics Executive Action: Assassination Exit Counseling False Memory Fantasy Prone Fear Fear media Feedback Flash Point Free Will Future Shock Gang Stalking Glamour Gulf War Syndrome Guilt Handler: Manager or controller of a spy, asset or agent by officer. HAARP: High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program; an investigation project to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems". Hacking the nervous system: An early milestone on the path to reverse engineering the brain for the purposes of Artificial Intelligence. The simplest aspects are using electromagnetic beams to trigger various nerves to create pain, feeling cold or hot or other sensations. Next would be trigger muscle responses for Taser like effects or other actions. More complicated would be to create and then control hallucinations. Hallucinations Harassment HemiSynch Hermeneutics: The study of theories and methods of the interpretation of systems of meaning, including interpretations of experience, or human behaviour generally, including language and patterns of speech, social institutions, and ritual behaviours (such as religious ceremonies, political rallies, football matches, rock concerts, etc.). It is a specific method or theory of interpretation, such as Freud or Jung's depth psychologies, for example. The word hermeneutics is a term derived from 'Ερμηνεύς, the Greekword for interpreter. This is related to the name of the Greek god Hermes in his role as the interpreter of the messages of the gods. Hermes was believed to play tricks on those he was supposed to give messages to, often changing the messages and influencing the interpretation thereof. The Greek word thus has the basic meaning of one who makes the meaning clear. A DECODER. Holosynch Hoodwinking Human Experimentation Hyperspace Hypnosis: ALL hypnosis is self hypnosis. Hypnotherapy IEEE: The IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.) is the world's leading professional association for the advancement of technology. ISSSEEM: The International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (ISSSEEM) is an international non-profit interdisciplinary organization dedicated to exploring and applying subtle energies as they relate to the experience of consciousness, healing, and human potential. ISSSEEM is in a unique position, acting both as a bridge builder between communities and a leader in the field, offering a community with a widespread appreciation of the energetic component within many disciplines including quantum physics, therapeutic modalities, healing, psychology, consciousness, psi and the understanding of our multidimensional existence. Illuminati About 10,000 people associated with the Illuminati, mainly members of the Bilderberg, CFR and Skull and Bones, Trilateral Commission and Neo Cons. The illuminati are inbred families of European and North American traditional aristocracy and banking families. They control the U.S., England, Europe (except for Scandinavian countries, Germany and Italy; Italy kicked them out in the 1970's), Japan, Africa, Iran, Canada and Mexico. They do not control China, Russia (Putin kicked them out for the first time since 1917), India, South East Asia, South America, Cuba etc. Their goal is to create a world government. Until 2 years ago the plan was the New World Order, outlined in the Project for a New American Century. However, with the debacle in Iraq, the secret government of the West changed to a new plan that is a world government based on the EU, by sabotaging the U.S. economy. There is a big schism in the secret government. Jay Rockefeller and Philip Rothschild support one faction, the Global Warming Faction. Opposing them is the War on Terrorism Faction supported by David Rockefeller and the JP Morgan descendents (Bush, Harriman, Walker etc.). The warming people want to sell 500 nuclear power plants to China and a similar amount to the rest of the world. The terrorism guys want to keep U.S. dominance by maintaining control over oil. Putin was a huge setback for them. Image Implants Indoctrination Induction Infiltration Infrasound Inhibition Intelligence Interpretation Isochronic tones, where a tone is manually spaced, turning on and off in a precise pattern. Tone-based entrainment, even the most modern form called Isochronic Tones Isolation: Language: LIDA Machine: 1960 Soviet device that bombards brains with low-frequency radio waves. Developed further by Dr. Ross Adey, Chief of Research, Veterans Hospital, Loma Linda, CA. Low frequency square wave modulation of a radio frequency field. It was developed by L. Rabichev and his colleagues in Soviet Armenia, for "the treatment of neuropsychic and somatic disorders, such as neuroses, psychoses, insomnia, hypertension, stammering, bronchial asthma, and asthenic and reactive disturbances." (U.S. Patent # 3,773,049) The radio frequency field has a nominal carrier frequency of 40 MHz and a maximum output of approximately 40 watts. The E-field is applied to the patient on the side of neck through two disc electrodes approximately 10 cm in diameter. The electrodes are located at a distance of 2 to 4 cm from the skin. The radio signal appears to be the primary cause of the sleep/trance effect. Optimal repetition frequencies are said to lie in the range from 40 to 80 pulses per minute.
